Dr. Bergman is a highly regarded and well published Scientist with over 50 publications and over 70 speaking engagements, Keren is currently Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering for Columbia University as well as Technical Advisor for the National Security Agency. Previous appointments include Senior Member of Technical Staff at Tellium, Inc., Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at Princeton University , and Consultant at Bell Laboratories and Lucent Technologies. Keren holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University (Summa Cum Laud).

Dr. Kurtz has over 20 years experience managing technology labs and product strategies for AT&T Bell Labs as well as other carriers and manufactures. He has over 30 papers and publications to his credit, and has consulted for many corporations requiring product strategy in the Optical industry. As an expert in Optical Networking as well as a notable conference speaker, Russ brings a great deal of experience needed to carefully examine the technology Prima Luci has and to “package” those technologies for the market. Russ holds a PH.D. in Physics at the University of Texas.

Dr. Mickelson has over 30 experience as a research scientist working on the cutting edge of digital, microwave and optical technology. For eighteen years, he served as a faculty member of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of the University of Colorado Boulder. Dr. Mickelson is experienced as a contractor with federal research agencies (NSF, ARO, ONR, AFOSR, and DARPA) as well as with various high technology companies. He has vast consulting experience with various high technology companies as well as extensive experience working with NIST and standards committees (EIA/TIA). Dr. Mickelson has authored three scientific books, over 70 publications in archival journals and 110 presentations at scientific conferences. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering with subject minor in Physics from California Institute of Technology, and spent 4 years as a research Fellow at the Norwegian Institute of Technology and one year as an NAS Visiting Scientist in Byurakan, Soviet Armenia.

Dr. Robert Raciti provides key leadership in the area of applied technology and market opportunities. Raciti is currently a VP of Global Communications for a large Structured Finance Group. He is responsible for technology risk assessment for multi-million dollar investments in the communications and technology sectors. Raciti has held senior technology and project management positions at Pitney Bowes, MCI Telecommunications, and Loral. He has a Ph.D. in Information Systems; MBA in finance and BS in Electrical Engineering.
